To be a woman or not, is the question! I found out, that it is necessary, to have women in charge, as well. As a spiritual mother and official Monarc, I think it is essential, to appreciate femineity, kindness, humanity and warmth, that women can bring to the table, when a culture of honor, in a relationship, is established! A culture of honor, involves: - the same worth;

- the same salary, as the degree;

- different talents;

- respecting each other's will;

- first the lady, than the lat;

- celebrating Birthdays;
